1. Booking Cancellations
If you have booked a consultation, site visit, or any advisory service through ABLOOM CREATION, you may cancel it up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may be subject to a nominal administrative fee.
2. Property Tokens & Advances
Refunds for token amounts or advances paid directly towards purchasing or leasing a property are strictly subject to the individual agreement signed between the buyer and the seller/developer. ABLOOM CREATION acts purely as an advisory intermediary and does not hold liability for these specific refunds.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds for our direct services will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.
